Pharmacovigilance Services Associate – Mumbai | 1–3 Years Experience

Job Summary:
Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate in Mumbai to support drug safety and clinical surveillance for global pharmaceutical clients. This role is ideal for B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance operations, case processing, and ICSR management. Candidates will work in a global environment adhering to GVP and regulatory safety standards, with opportunities for professional growth in life sciences operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports for serious and non-serious adverse events.

  • Perform MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-ups for ICSRs.

  • Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.

  • Enter and manage data within safety databases.

  • Collaborate with team and supervisor, handling assigned tasks independently.

  • Work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • 1 to 3 years of pharmacovigilance/drug safety experience

  • Experience in case processing, MedDRA coding, and ICSR handling

  • Familiarity with global PV regulations (e.g., GVP, ICH-GCP)

  • Strong attention to detail and data quality

  • Ability to work in shifts and collaborate in a team environment
