Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Pharmacovigilance professionals with hands-on experience in drug safety case processing to support global pharmacovigilance operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, safety database exposure, and a commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end ICSR case processing, including case intake, assessment, coding, and data entry using Argus Safety or equivalent PV databases.

  • Analyze complex safety data and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Execute all stages of the case-handling lifecycle within defined timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with global and local pharmacovigilance regulations, SOPs, and patient safety policies.

  • Manage follow-up activities to obtain complete and high-quality safety information.

  • Support the development and implementation of new pharmacovigilance systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Contribute to a performance-driven, quality-focused team environment.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.


Experience Required

  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety Case Processing.

  • Practical experience with Argus Safety or similar safety databases is preferred.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
