Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze complex safety data and perform all activities within the case-handling process including case assessment in Argus.
Accurately code and enter data in compliance with procedural guidelines.
Ensure alignment with global/local Patient Safety policies, processes, and procedures.
Handle case follow-up procedures in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to the improvement and deployment of new safety systems and procedures.
Maintain performance and efficiency under strict timelines.
Support a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively within a team and maintain professional communication.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in LS - Pharmacovigilance
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Team collaboration and time management
Ability to handle high-pressure delivery timelines
