Role Overview:

You will be aligned with Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting services across research laboratories, clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient solutions.

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports according to process guidelines.

  • Perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database, following client and global regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.

  • Interact primarily within your team and with direct supervisors.

  • Receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks and new assignments.

  • Make decisions affecting your own work.

  • Work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a predetermined scope.

  • May be required to work in rotational shifts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • Experience: 1–3 years preferred


Skills Required:

  • Pharmacovigilance Operations

  • Drug Safety Surveillance
