Role Summary:

As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering in-country HR policy expertise and supporting leaders, managers, and associates across a full range of People & Organization (P&O) topics. This includes talent management, performance, employee relations, DEI, change management, rewards, and HR lifecycle events. You’ll drive transformation and support the business in delivering impactful people strategies and moments that matter.


Key Responsibilities:

🤝 People Partnering & Coaching

  • Serve as the first point of contact and escalation for people-related issues.

  • Coach and advise managers and associates on people processes and practices.

  • Educate and support managers in implementing role evaluations and HR decisions.

🌍 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Drive DEI initiatives (e.g., gender representation, LGBTI+, pay equity).

  • Support culture transformation and programs like Evolve and Hybrid Working.

  • Promote psychological safety and inclusive practices.

📊 Data & Analytics

  • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends and risks.

  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies for leaders.

🔧 Operational Execution & Transformation

  • Deliver HR lifecycle processes with quality and efficiency.

  • Implement enhancements and local change initiatives in partnership with Business Partners.

  • Lead local transformation projects, including restructuring, mobility, and compliance.

  • Handle Works Council/Union consultations and associate communications.

📈 HR Process Excellence

  • Support continuous improvement and simplification of people partnering operations.

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.

  • Monitor compliance, risk management, and HR controls (e.g., NFCM framework).

🧠 Collaboration & Development

  • Build strong relationships across HR teams and cross-divisional stakeholders.

  • Promote self-sufficiency among leaders in managing HR processes.

  • Contribute to global and local P&O initiatives and communities.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Effective use of data and analytics for business decisions.

  • Adherence to service delivery timelines and SLAs.

  • Simplification and efficiency improvements in people processes.

  • Compliance with global standards and risk management.

  • Timely and quality execution of P&O initiatives.

  • Budget adherence and cost control on FTE and operations.


Minimum Requirements:
