About the Role
Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Officer – Process Development to support API development from laboratory to scale-up stages. The role involves experimental design, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology transfer and robust process development. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in process chemistry, GMP, and ICH guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support API development activities at lab, pilot, and scale-up stages.
Conduct experiments, analyze results, and maintain comprehensive lab records.
Prepare protocols, technical reports, and data summaries for R&D and production purposes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, and manufacturing for successful technology transfer.
Ensure adherence to GMP standards and documentation practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of process chemistry and synthetic routes.
Understanding of GMP and ICH guidelines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in technical documentation, lab protocols, and data recording.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree: M.Sc or M.Pharm
Relevant experience in process development, API synthesis, or pharmaceutical R&D is preferred
