Job Overview
Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Officer – Medical Imaging to support imaging data management in clinical trials. This role involves handling clinical imaging data, ensuring quality control, and supporting study operations including data review, query resolution, and database activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in optometry or clinical imaging with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance in a regulated clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Imaging Data Management

  • Enter and manage clinical trial data in data collection systems and tools

  • Perform quality control (QC) review of clinical imaging modalities including OCT, FFA, CFP, CT, MRI, and others

  • Assist clinical sites in uploading and managing imaging data

Data Review & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct detailed review of CRFs, eCRFs, reports, and data listings

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems

  • Maintain audit readiness by adhering to clinical compliance and system validation standards

Study Support Activities

  • Support database lock, study closeout, and reconciliation activities

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data collection and transfer systems

  • Assist in query management and timely resolution of data discrepancies

  • Contribute to data analysis activities and reporting

Site Support & Training

  • Train clinical sites on imaging acquisition guidelines and protocols

  • Provide support to ensure proper data capture in line with study requirements

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements

  • Support development and review of data capture requirements aligned with study protocols

  • Perform ongoing review of clinical and medical data for assigned patients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry
    OR

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical optometry

Experience Required

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical trials and/or optometry field

  • Experience in a Central Reading Center is preferred

  • Exposure to clinical imaging modalities and data handling processes
