About the Role
Lupin is seeking a detail-oriented Officer – Stability & Analytical Testing to join its Aurangabad facility. The role focuses on stability analysis, finished product testing, and analytical instrumentation management while ensuring compliance with ALCOA principles, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity policies.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical analytical testing, stability studies, and laboratory instrumentation management in a cGMP environment.
Experience Required
2–4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical analytical testing and stability studies
Exposure to instrument maintenance, data integrity compliance, and stability sample handling
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s (B.Pharm), Master’s (M.Sc.), or M.Pharm in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Testing & Reporting
Analyze stability and finished product samples in accordance with ALCOA principles
Compile analytical and stability reports with accuracy and compliance
Perform testing of miscellaneous samples and generate timely reports
Instrumentation Management
Maintain and operate analytical instruments such as:
Dissolution Test Apparatus
UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
Analytical Balances
pH Meters
Sonicators
Ensure routine calibration, maintenance, and proper usage of laboratory instruments
Stability Studies
Maintain stability chambers and update stability trackers accurately
Ensure proper charging and withdrawal of stability samples as per approved protocols
Monitor environmental conditions in stability chambers to ensure compliance
Compliance & Data Integrity
Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity policies
Report deviations or non-compliance to supervisors promptly
Maintain audit-ready records and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical stability testing and analytical techniques
Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments
Understanding of ALCOA principles, GDP, and data integrity compliance
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
