Job Overview

The MR Clinical Application Specialist supports the implementation, training, and effective utilization of clinical applications and imaging technologies developed by Philips in healthcare environments. The role focuses on training healthcare professionals, optimizing clinical workflows, and ensuring that clinical systems are used efficiently and in compliance with medical protocols and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and deliver clinical training programs for healthcare professionals to ensure effective use of Philips clinical applications.

  • Assess training needs and develop customized training plans, instructional materials, and user guides.

  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, operational policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Analyze clinical workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Build strong relationships with clinical staff, hospital stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.

  • Communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly to end users.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations both on-site and remotely.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.

  • Document all customer interactions, training sessions, and support activities to ensure accurate records and continuous improvement.

Experience Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / Vocational Education
    OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:

    • Business Administration

    • Marketing

    • Sales Management

    • Or equivalent discipline.


Work Environment
