Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Modality Sales Specialist to support the growth of our healthcare technology portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive product adoption, support customer engagements, and contribute to achieving business objectives through effective sales execution and market development activities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in healthcare technology sales, customer relationship management, market analysis, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Support the development and execution of product modality sales plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Contribute to market expansion initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and customer segments.

  • Assist in implementing sales strategies, pricing initiatives, and product positioning plans.

  • Drive business growth through effective customer engagement and solution-based selling.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Deliver impactful product presentations highlighting clinical, technical, and business value propositions.

  • Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, tender responses, and commercial documentation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales pipeline updates.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and support lead management activities.

  • Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Forecasting & Business Planning

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Validate product demand forecasts through market analysis and opportunity assessment.

  • Support achievement of annual operating plan (AOP) targets and business objectives.

  • Contribute to resource planning and sales execution strategies.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

  • Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis.

  • Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams regarding market opportunities and competitive positioning.

  • Identify emerging customer requirements and business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Marketing

    • Product Management

    • Sales Teams

    • Commercial Operations

    • Customer Support Teams

  • Provide feedback on sales tools, product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.

  • Support implementation of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in Lean and process improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and operational workflows.

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in:

Experience
