Job Description: Medical Review Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Review Expert to provide comprehensive expertise in medical review, ensuring efficient and high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. This role will support project management by conducting structured patient data reviews from a clinician's perspective.

Essential Functions:

Identify patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency and plausibility of subject data per protocol.
Provide project management expertise, working with clinical study teams, key decision-makers, and internal members to manage process improvements, issue escalation, workload projections, and provide technical expertise.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service performance tracking.
Investigate root causes of issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance issues.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively contribute to therapeutic area/indication training for the project clinical team.
Attend Kick-Off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

MBBS or equivalent medical degree required.
Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or Biological Sciences, with 3+ years of experience in clinical practice or clinical research.
Proven experience in clinical data sciences at a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or other medical environments, with demonstrated leadership.
Strong understanding of clinical/medical data and knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
Operational focus with the ability to resolve issues based on metrics and status information.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management, and coaching skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
