About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Records Coding & Transcription Analyst to support healthcare documentation review, medical coding operations, transcription quality analysis, outpatient coding, and multispecialty healthcare records processing within a dynamic healthcare BPO environment. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in medical coding, EM outpatient coding, medical transcription workflows, CPC-certified coding practices, procedure coding, and healthcare documentation quality management.
The ideal candidate will review clinical records, interpret physician documentation, accurately assign standardized medical codes, identify documentation deficiencies, and contribute to healthcare documentation accuracy while supporting operational excellence.
