Medical Information Officer/Specialist German - VAF 174
Location: France, Germany (Remote Work Possible)
Department: Life Cycle – Safety and Vigilance
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls from Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and non-HCPs in German, French, and English.
  • Manage Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Product Quality Control (PQC) cases.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, including reporting, KPI management, and invoicing.
  • Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Process Descriptions (WPDs).
  • Draft summaries of bibliographic research on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Be available for on-call duty as needed.

Profile:

Education:

  • Preferably a scientific background (Medical Secretary qualifications may be considered).

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Languages:

  • German: Native (oral and written).
  • French: Professional proficiency (oral and written).
  • English: Professional proficiency (oral and written).
    Language skills will be tested during the interview.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficiency in telephony with confidence in phone-based communication.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in bibliographic research and summary drafting is a plus.

Additional Experience:

  • Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience is beneficial.
