Role Summary
ARDEM is seeking a Medical Data Entry professional with at least 1 year of experience in medical data annotation and document review. This role involves reviewing and annotating medical documents and patient records, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP). The position is work-from-home and requires night shift experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review and annotate medical documents and patient records accurately.
Apply FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP guidelines to data management tasks.
Perform clinical data management activities.
Handle and process patient reports efficiently.
Ensure data quality and integrity during the entry and annotation process.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in medical data annotation and document review.
Shift: Must have prior night shift experience (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM US shift).
Knowledge: Experience with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP guidelines.
Skills: Proficiency in Clinical Data Management and patient report handling.
Immediate Joiner: Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
Technical Requirements
Laptop/Desktop: Windows (i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum).
Screen: 14 inches, Full HD (1920×1080).
Internet Speed: 100 Mbps or higher.
