Job Responsibilities
As a Manager – Statistical Programming, you will:
Lead a team of 20+ statistical programmers, managing workload, deliverables, and performance metrics
Oversee end-to-end programming activities, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) development
Provide hands-on expertise in safety and efficacy programming
Write and review specifications for SDTM and ADaM datasets
Manage project timelines, resources, and quality deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally with biostatistics, data management, and clinical teams
Support audits and ensure adherence to GCP and CDISC standards
Promote process efficiency and continuous improvement within programming teams
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in project and people management roles
Strong hands-on experience in SDTM, ADaM, and TLF programming
Proficiency in SAS; knowledge of R or Python is a plus
Experience in Phase I–IV clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
