Job Responsibilities

As a Manager – Statistical Programming, you will:

  • Lead a team of 20+ statistical programmers, managing workload, deliverables, and performance metrics

  • Oversee end-to-end programming activities, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) development

  • Provide hands-on expertise in safety and efficacy programming

  • Write and review specifications for SDTM and ADaM datasets

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and quality deliverables

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with biostatistics, data management, and clinical teams

  • Support audits and ensure adherence to GCP and CDISC standards

  • Promote process efficiency and continuous improvement within programming teams


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project and people management roles

  • Strong hands-on experience in SDTM, ADaM, and TLF programming

  • Proficiency in SAS; knowledge of R or Python is a plus

  • Experience in Phase I–IV clinical trials across various therapeutic areas

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
