Expected Salary

₹30–60 LPA CTC (typically ₹35–50 LPA for strong candidates with SOC, SIEM, PAM, and manufacturing/OT security experience)


Role Overview

This role leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity operations for Jubilant Ingrevia, covering SOC operations, endpoint security, infrastructure security, vulnerability management, email security, and privileged access management (PAM). The position focuses on governance, architecture, incident response, and security transformation across a large manufacturing-driven enterprise.


Key Responsibilities

Security Operations Leadership

  • Lead enterprise security operations across:

    • SOC (Security Operations Center)

    • Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR)

    • Infrastructure & Web Security

    • Vulnerability Management & Remediation

    • Email Security

    • PAM (Privileged Access Management)

Security Architecture & Governance

  • Define security standards, control frameworks, and risk policies.

  • Design and implement:

    • Detection rules

    • Incident response workflows

    • Escalation procedures

    • Security architecture improvements

Tooling & Platforms

  • Hands-on exposure to:

    • SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)

    • SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation & Response)

    • EDR/XDR platforms

    • PAM solutions

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage MSSP and third-party security vendors.

  • Ensure SLA compliance and accountability.

  • Report security posture to CISO and senior leadership.

Cybersecurity Transformation

  • Drive initiatives like:

    • SOAR implementation

    • Micro-segmentation

    • Identity security enhancement

  • Explore new cybersecurity frameworks for resilience.

Team Leadership

  • Manage direct reports (2–3) and coordinate across large cross-functional teams (50+ indirect).

  • Mentor and develop security professionals.

  • Align security goals with business and IT infrastructure teams.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Electronics, or Cybersecurity

Experience

  • 10+ years in Information Security / Cybersecurity roles

  • Strong experience in:

    • SOC operations

    • Incident response

    • Enterprise security governance

  • Preferred exposure to:

    • Pharma / Manufacturing / GMP / OT environments

Technical Skills

  • SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel)

  • SOAR platforms

  • EDR/XDR solutions

  • PAM tools (CyberArk or equivalent)

  • Vulnerability management systems

  • Network and infrastructure security


Preferred Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent)

  • Experience in OT (Operational Technology) security

  • Exposure to GMP-regulated environments

  • Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills

  • Experience working in global matrix organizations

  • Strong people management capability

  • Ability to drive security vision across enterprise

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Strong negotiation and vendor governance skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Senior cybersecurity professional with 10–15+ years of experience

  • Experience leading SOC/security transformation programs

  • Strong governance and incident response background

  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma/manufacturing preferred)

  • Ability to balance hands-on security understanding with leadership responsibilities
