We are seeking an experienced eClinical Training Manager to drive adoption and implementation of our solutions across CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, and Safety & Pharmacovigilance systems.
Position Overview
The eClinical Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of training programs, create best-practice documentation, and support clients in optimizing the use of Cloudbyz eClinical software. This role is critical to ensuring successful adoption, improved trial efficiency, and maximized software value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development & Delivery
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, and Safety & Pharmacovigilance software.
Tailor training materials for different user levels, ensuring accessibility for technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients and internal teams.
Customer Adoption & Success
Collaborate with clients to understand unique needs and ensure successful software adoption.
Provide expert guidance during implementation, addressing learning barriers and optimizing software use.
Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices to improve clinical trial efficiency and outcomes.
Business Process & Best Practice Documentation
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and best practices for eClinical software use.
Continuously update training materials to reflect product enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, customer success, and technical support teams to align training initiatives with client needs.
Monitor feedback and usage trends to identify opportunities for additional training or process improvements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Measure the effectiveness of training programs and ensure learning outcomes translate into improved adoption and customer satisfaction.
Provide actionable feedback to product and development teams to enhance software features and user experience.
Experience and Skills Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or eClinical solutions, with hands-on experience in training and supporting CTMS, eTMF, EDC, RTSM, and Safety/Pharmacovigilance systems.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry standards.
Proven ability to develop and deliver software training programs (virtual and in-person).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Client-focused, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field required.
Advanced certifications or training in clinical research or eClinical solutions are a plus.
