Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end imaging data operations including analysis, quality control, and delivery across clinical studies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align imaging protocols with study objectives

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity

  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of 10–20 clinical operations professionals, including onboarding and development

  • Conduct monthly study reviews focusing on status, risks, mitigations, timelines, and quality trends

  • Stay updated on imaging technology trends to enhance operational effectiveness

  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced clinical research environment


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 10 years’ clinical research experience within the CRO industry

  • Educational background in Radiology, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Data Programming, or related fields; advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum 2–3 years of people management experience with team leadership and mentoring skills

  • Strong knowledge of imaging technologies, clinical data workflows, data integrity, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with global stakeholders
