About the Team
Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is a centralized global support organization based in India. SGH serves functions across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare, R&D, and Digital. It partners strategically with global Medical, HEVA (Health Economics & Value Assessment), and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality, scientifically sound solutions.
Position Overview
The Manager – HEOR Modeling will lead the development, validation, and optimization of health economic models that demonstrate the value of Sanofi’s therapies. This role drives the creation of cost-effectiveness models, budget impact models, early economic models, model adaptations, scenario analyses, and supports global HEVA modeling workflows.
You will collaborate with global HEVA leads, value & access teams, medical affairs, commercial teams, and external vendors. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of HEOR modelers.
Key Responsibilities
People & Collaboration
Work with HEVA modeling leads to gather requirements from Value & Access and HEVA business partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HEVA, medical, commercial) to analyze pre-existing models and address research questions.
Liaise with global HEVA modeling leads and external vendors for model development and validation.
Guide pricing teams and external collaborators on modeling approaches.
Lead a team of modelers (Associate to Associate Manager level), providing coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Performance & Modeling
Contribute to the strategic development of advanced economic and predictive models.
Build cost-effectiveness models (CEA), budget impact models (BIM), survival models, and patient-level simulations.
Conduct scenario analyses and adapt global models for specific country requirements.
Ensure models meet payer expectations and timelines by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Work on innovative modeling methodologies and support global economic platform workstreams.
Analyze prospectively collected health economic data for model inclusion.
Support countries with HTA submissions.
Maintain and expand expertise across therapeutic areas.
Process & Quality
Contribute to the development and refinement of HEOR modeling processes in partnership with global modeling leaders.
Ensure all modeling deliverables meet high scientific and methodological standards.
Guarantee timely delivery of all HEOR modeling outputs.
