### **Primary Objective**
The **Lead** will be responsible for the **smooth operation and maintenance** of **plant utilities**, ensuring uninterrupted support for production processes while adhering to **safety and GMP standards**.

### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **Utilities Operation & Maintenance**
- Operate, monitor, and maintain **plant utilities** such as:
- **Air Compressors**
- **Ammonia Chillers**
- **Nitrogen Handling Systems**
- **Cooling Towers**
- **AHUs (Air Handling Units)**
- **Ammonia safety and handling measures**
- Ensure **daily shift work completion** and maintain **Daily SICs**.
#### **Compliance & Documentation**
- Follow **operations and maintenance policies, procedures, and work instructions**.
- Support **Fire Protection and Monitoring Systems** in compliance with **Site Safety and GMP**.
- Maintain **documentation, breakdown records, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for failures exceeding 1 hour**.
- Record job execution via **MAXIMO system** and ensure timely completion of work orders.
#### **Continuous Improvement & Safety**
- Participate in **continuous improvement projects** to enhance plant performance.
- Maintain **safety and housekeeping standards** within the work area.
- Support engineers in writing **SOPs and job aids**.

### **Qualifications & Experience**
#### **Education:**
- **ITI in RFM/Fitter** or **Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering**.
#### **Experience:**
- **3-5 years** of relevant experience in **Pharmaceutical, Food, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Dairy industries**.
#### **Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong **troubleshooting and problem-solving skills**.
- Experience in **utilities operation and maintenance**.
- Knowledge of **safety and compliance measures**.
- Proficiency in **computer systems and MAXIMO**.
- Good **communication skills**.
