Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects for products at different lifecycle stages, requiring frequent collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Clinical, Alliance Management, Glenmark’s affiliates, and partners.
  • Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software.
  • Research and analyze marketing trends, customer behavior, and competitors’ products and strategies to identify best marketing practices.
  • Develop forecasts, business cases, pricing strategy, and launch sequences to evaluate commercial opportunities and build launch strategies.
  • Produce meaningful KPI dashboards and deliver monthly cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. Create and manage Gantt charts for projects and utilize analytical tools for compiling relevant data into clear reports.
  • Work closely with markets/affiliates for launch readiness, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with brand and portfolio launch strategies per Long-Range Planning.
  • Manage and implement marketing materials, including website copy, promotional emails, newsletters, paid ads, landing pages, and case studies across multiple marketing channels.
  • Provide actionable market and customer insights to address key strategic questions. Track, report, and analyze marketing activities, handle ad-hoc analytics requests, and develop/automate regular reports.

Key Skills:

  • Comfortable multitasking, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision; experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts; knowledge of data structures, analytics techniques, and management applications is preferred.
  • Strategic and analytical capabilities with experience in analyzing complex datasets and synthesizing insights effectively.
  • Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills; tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development phases; prior experience required.
  • Deep understanding of datasets and platforms such as IQVIA, Drug Pricing Intelligence (POLI), International Reference Pricing (IRP), and Sequencing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and digital tools.
