Job Description

Role Title: Team Leader

Department: Delivery Quality


Responsibilities

  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements (process & targets)

  • Identify and implement methods to meet quality targets in consultation with Operations/Team Manager

  • Detect errors with high inspection efficiency

  • Provide daily face-to-face and email feedback on errors as per protocol

  • Ensure corrections are made by respective Operations associates

  • Coach employees to minimize errors and enhance performance

  • Provide feedback to training teams to improve training curriculum based on common mistakes

  • Test files/batches for new clients/processes during familiarization

  • Generate daily QA reports

  • Achieve and exceed internal and external SLA as defined by the process

  • Meet or exceed inspection efficiency, calibration, knowledge/skills scores, productivity rates, and other relevant metrics

  • Record identified errors as organizational records for future reference


Job Specification

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  • Experience in at least one of the following service lines:

    • Coding (Radiology)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Billing

  • Experience in Client and Stakeholder Management, Team Management

  • Strong understanding of quality metrics and quality tools
