Job Description:

Department: Delivery Quality

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements and targets

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet quality targets with leadership input

  • Detect errors with high inspection efficiency

  • Provide daily feedback via meetings and emails on error types

  • Ensure corrections are implemented by operations associates

  • Coach employees to reduce errors and improve performance

  • Supply insights to training teams to refine training materials

  • Conduct test batch/file inspections for new clients/processes

  • Generate daily QA reports and ensure SLA compliance

  • Track and report metrics including inspection efficiency, calibration, productivity, and quality scores

  • Maintain error records as organizational documentation


Job Specification:

  • Experience in U.S. Healthcare (RCM), especially Coding (multi-specialty)

  • Proven client and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Strong grasp of quality metrics and tools
