Job Description:

Overview:
As a Team Leader / Senior Team Leader in the Medical Coding Operations department, this role is responsible for team supervision, client communication, SLA adherence, and quality improvement through leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve performance, behavioral, and attendance issues

  • Handle personnel and disciplinary concerns

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Quality Control Analysts

  • Identify and address training needs

  • Support SLA compliance and delivery objectives

  • Conduct regular team meetings and update sessions

  • Act as the single point of contact for team needs

  • Supervise daily operations, including task assignments and attendance

  • Participate in performance appraisals and compliance activities


Job Specification:
