Job Description:

Service Line: Medical Coding

Department: Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and address performance, behavior, and attendance issues using formal performance management methods

  • Handle personnel and disciplinary matters appropriately

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Quality Control Analysts

  • Identify and fulfill training needs of team members

  • Support adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) under Operations Manager’s guidance

  • Complete and document all client-related training

  • Conduct regular team meetings and communicate updates in a timely manner

  • Act as the main contact for assigned team members, ensuring a positive work environment

  • Supervise day-to-day activities, assign work, and monitor attendance

  • Provide input for hiring, training, developing, and appraising team members
