Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer to support analytics and data reporting in a clinical trial environment, specifically within the IDAR (Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting) function. This role involves working with data warehouse platforms, data visualization tools, and scripting languages to support report development, system enhancements, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Work within a continuous improvement framework to support system deployment, lifecycle management, and enhancements.
Deliver efficient report development and change management services for analytics platforms.
Contribute to initiatives that accelerate and streamline reporting across clinical trial data systems.
Leverage technical expertise in clinical data and reporting, gained through experience with complex system infrastructures.
Operate in a matrix environment, collaborating across functions and departments.
Gather user requirements and write user requirement documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Programmer in a regulated industry.
Prior experience working within Data Warehouse platforms in a clinical trial environment (IDAR).
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Tibco Spotfire or similar data visualization tools.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R, SAS (preferred).
Strong understanding of SDTM data structures relevant to IDAR.
Ability to work independently on moderately complex to high-complexity assignments.
