Job Summary
Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions company, is seeking a Lead – Clinical Data Programming professional in Bangalore. This role involves leading a team of clinical data programmers, ensuring database compliance, and delivering quality data programming in line with regulatory standards. Ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in SAS, SQL, and CDISC standards, this role offers the opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of clinical data programmers
Oversee clinical database development, validation, and programming
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data programming tasks
Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, and IT to optimize workflows
Ensure compliance with CDISC (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory standards
Provide technical training and drive process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in clinical data programming
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Expertise in EDC systems and clinical programming tools: SAS, SQL, R, Python
In-depth understanding of CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards
Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills
