About the Role

IQVIA is expanding and hiring multiple Lead Clinical Data Managers (CDMs) across both FSP (Functional Service Provider) and Traditional (Sponsor-Agnostic) delivery models.
As a Lead Clinical Data Manager, you will oversee end-to-end data management for global clinical trials—ensuring data integrity, compliance, and delivery excellence. This is a remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage data management activities for complex global clinical trials from study setup to database lock.
Act as the primary client contact for all data management deliverables and communications.
Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation, as well as database setup and deployment.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior CDM staff, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
Drive process optimization and ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health, Clinical Research, Biological, or Mathematical fields (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 10 years of direct clinical data management experience, including 5+ years in a Lead CDM role.
Previous job titles may include:
- Clinical Data Manager
- Senior Clinical Data Manager
- Lead Data Manager
- Principal Data Manager
- Data Management Project Manager
Proven success in managing large global studies (1000+ patients).
Hands-on expertise with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of clinical research processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
