Job Summary:

Join a global pharmaceutical leader as a Labelling Process Coordinator in Mumbai, where you will drive regulatory-compliant labelling change processes across internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on aligning technical specifications, quality standards, and supply chain execution to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely packaging updates while complying with global regulatory frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Labelling Activities for New Product Introductions with Launch Managers.

  • Ensure timely execution of Label Change Requests (LCRs), managing compliance and cross-affiliate impact.

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the labelling workflow through stakeholder collaboration.

  • Lead performance review sessions to monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.

  • Guarantee compliance with quality and regulatory requirements per Abbott and industry standards.

  • Maintain and develop SOPs and Work Instructions related to labelling processes.

  • Deliver training sessions for labelling and cross-functional teams.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Life Sciences operations, regulatory, or quality roles.

  • Familiarity with Artwork Management Systems, ERP tools, and Project Portfolio Management systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of GMP/GxP standards.

  • Experience with international regulatory requirements is preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

  • Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail with strong data quality standards.
