Key Responsibilities
Approve new lab parameters, units, and textbook ranges.
Review local and central lab reference range documents.
Create lab IDs and input ranges/units into EDC systems.
Provide SME guidance on laboratory data and clinical reference ranges.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in lab data.
Collaborate with data management and cross-functional teams.
Advocate for best practices in data management.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree + 1–3 years of experience OR
Bachelor’s degree + 3–5 years of experience OR
Diploma + 7–9 years of experience
(Fields: life sciences, computer science, business administration, or related)
2–4 years of relevant experience in clinical data management or lab coordination
Must-Have Skills
Strong understanding of lab data and clinical reference ranges
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Familiarity with SI unit standards and conversion factors
Understanding of clinical data management processes
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with EDC systems and Data Management Plans (DMP)
Knowledge of EMR systems, lab certification, and equipment calibration
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and teamwork
Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
Capable of working independently
