We are seeking a Lab Equipment Specialist I to join our Princeton laboratory team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in regulated laboratory environments who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to support high-quality research operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.

  • Operate robotic systems for sample processing and support routine analytical tasks.

  • Prepare reagents, maintain glassware, and manage laboratory supplies.

  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, storage, and disposal of regulated medical and hazardous waste.

  • Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and laboratory operations.

  • Assist with sample management, shipping, receiving, and basic administrative/receptionist duties.

  • Support minor facility maintenance and laboratory housekeeping tasks.

  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with regulatory and safety guidelines.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or actively enrolled student; post-secondary education is a plus.

  • Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to follow instructions accurately.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a regulated laboratory or clinical research environment.

  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail for critical laboratory tasks.

  • Basic English proficiency to understand instructions and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
