About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Officer to join our analytical team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical testing. The role provides exposure to routine laboratory assays, analytical instrumentation, and quality testing of biological and blood-derived products.
As a Junior Officer, you will support the laboratory team in conducting Bio, Physico, and Immuno-Chemical tests while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform bio-chemical, physico-chemical, and immuno-chemical tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct haematology-based testing for various laboratory samples.
Operate and maintain analytical equipment including UV-Visible spectrophotometers, ELISA plate readers, and HPLC systems.
Assist in testing blood products such as Albumin and IVG (Intravenous Globulin), following quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and reports.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
Support senior scientists and team members in daily laboratory operations and project activities.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
Basic understanding of biochemical and analytical laboratory techniques.
Knowledge of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, ELISA, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain attention to detail.
