About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Officer to join our analytical team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical testing. The role provides exposure to routine laboratory assays, analytical instrumentation, and quality testing of biological and blood-derived products.

As a Junior Officer, you will support the laboratory team in conducting Bio, Physico, and Immuno-Chemical tests while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bio-chemical, physico-chemical, and immuno-chemical tests according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Conduct haematology-based testing for various laboratory samples.

  • Operate and maintain analytical equipment including UV-Visible spectrophotometers, ELISA plate readers, and HPLC systems.

  • Assist in testing blood products such as Albumin and IVG (Intravenous Globulin), following quality and safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, SOPs, and quality guidelines.

  • Support senior scientists and team members in daily laboratory operations and project activities.


Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of biochemical and analytical laboratory techniques.

  • Knowledge of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, ELISA, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.

  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain attention to detail.
