Job Title:

Junior MICC Associate – Pharmacovigilance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior MICC Associate to join our expanding Pharmacovigilance team. This role involves handling Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) responsibilities such as case intake, duplicate checks, client communication, and documentation. Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance MICC operations seeking growth in a dynamic drug safety environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process calls/emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Inquiries (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).

  • Perform case intake, check for duplicates, and ensure accurate case registration.

  • Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone or email, translating inquiries when not in English.

  • Support the creation and development of MICC documents.

  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams for smooth case handling.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in an MICC role within the Pharmacovigilance domain.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes preferred.
