Job Summary:
IQVIA is looking for a Registered Nurse Clinical Educator with hemodynamic expertise to train and educate healthcare professionals on critical care and oncology medical devices. This per-diem role offers you the unique opportunity to leverage your clinical experience in a non-bedside setting while making a direct impact on patient care through education and technology.

This role is strictly educational and support-based—there are no sales responsibilities and no bedside care involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver peer-to-peer education to RNs, physicians, and hospital staff on hemodynamic medical devices

  • Conduct in-servicing and training during medical device implementation across ICU, ER, and Oncology units

  • Assess education needs and ensure a tailored, positive training experience

  • Answer clinical and device-related queries using your nursing expertise

  • Provide post-training feedback and reports to internal stakeholders and clients

  • Travel regionally and nationally for 1–2 assignments per month (3–5 days each)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • BSN degree (mandatory)

  • Active RN license (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care (within the past 5 years)

  • Hemodynamic device experience is essential

  • Comfortable with computers and basic software tools

  • Experience with IV pumps or being a super-user/trainer is a plus

  • Strong professional demeanor with the ability to educate and support staff effectively

  • Leadership/preceptorship experience is a plus

  • Must comply with any vaccination requirements for onsite visits

Compensation:
$37–$39 per hour (based on experience, location, and schedule). Additional benefits and incentives may be applicable depending on the assignment.
