🎯 Main Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Management
Lead a team of 8–10 Global Project Team Heads (GPHs) managing projects from research through commercialization.
Serve as a manager, coach, and mentor, ensuring excellence in team leadership and execution.
Ensure effective GPT (Global Project Team) leadership across the immunology portfolio.
2. Portfolio Strategy & Execution
Drive portfolio performance by aligning resources and goals with the Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy.
Manage resource allocation efficiently to meet key portfolio milestones.
3. Strategic Collaboration
Work with cross-functional leaders in Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, and Research to build and optimize the Immunology TA strategy.
Serve as a core member of the TA Leadership Team, contributing to portfolio growth and optimization.
👤 About You
🎓 Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Preferred: Advanced degree (PhD, MD/PhD, PharmD) in Immunology or a related field
💼 Experience
10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical research, or development
Experience across multiple disease areas preferred
Prior experience as an asset team lead (including late-stage development & regulatory submission) highly desirable
Proven people management experience
