Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and promotional plans aligned with consumer needs

  • Monitor business performance and track portfolio metrics regularly

  • Conduct market intelligence through primary research and direct customer engagement

  • Create and execute strategic business and marketing plans with prescribers, opinion leaders, and advisory groups

  • Share joint financial responsibility for budgets related to:

    • Advertising & promotion

    • Conferences and symposia

    • Sales materials and product literature

    • Website content

  • Initiate and coordinate marketing campaigns and projects

  • Deliver presentations and conduct training sessions for field staff

  • Attend national and international congresses and engage with hospitals and KOLs

  • Translate corporate brand strategy into local strategies and visual identity

  • Provide insights into corporate product strategy and manage product-related budgets

  • Collaborate with general practitioners, specialists, pharmacists, and formulary committees

  • Organize and lead advisory councils, product presentations, and discussions

  • Work with internal and external media teams for effective strategy execution


Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3–4 years in pharmaceutical marketing

  • Qualification: B. Pharma + MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management

  • Therapy Area Exposure: Cardio-Diabetes

  • Skills:

    • Collaborative and team-oriented

    • Demonstrated success in product launches and management

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    • Proficient with product management tools

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Science-driven approach to marketing strategies
