Job Purpose:

To lead and drive the Product Management Team in achieving targeted business revenue through impactful marketing initiatives, brand strategy development, and execution within the assigned therapeutic segment.


Key Accountabilities:

  1. Sales Planning & Performance Monitoring

    • Develop and execute robust marketing brand plans to meet annual sales targets.

    • Monitor brand and portfolio performance against defined KPIs and course-correct strategies as needed.

  2. Promotional Material Oversight

    • Review and provide first-level approval of promotional content and divisional communication to strengthen brand and therapy visibility.

  3. Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Conduct regular fieldwork to maintain a strong connect with customers, stockists, depots, and KOLs.

    • Gather competitive intelligence, insights, and on-ground challenges to refine brand strategy.

  4. Campaign Strategy & Brand Expansion

    • Approve campaigns, creative concepts, and tactical ideas aimed at expanding prescriber base and enhancing prescription volumes.

    • Monitor secondary sales and align marketing efforts to sales outcomes.

  5. Strategic Reviews & Performance Management

    • Lead periodic performance reviews with the team to align on strategic goals and execution plans.

    • Drive accountability and ensure timely achievement of business objectives.

  6. Team Motivation & Capability Building

    • Plan and implement reward & recognition programs.

    • Build platforms for team development, mentoring, and capability enhancement to achieve sustained business growth.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any stream (preferred: degree/diploma in Management)

  • Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in pharma marketing or brand management

  • Strong Domain Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing

  • Leadership and People Management skills

  • High collaboration, accountability, and agility

  • Strong strategic thinking, innovation, and customer engagement ability


Estimated Salary: ₹16–₹25 LPA (based on experience in pharma brand management)
