Job Purpose:

To lead the Product Management Team in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving business revenue and strengthening brand performance across assigned therapeutic segments.


Key Accountabilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Monitoring:

    • Develop and monitor brand plans to achieve annual sales budgets and portfolio growth.

  2. Promotional Material Oversight:

    • Provide first-level approval for divisional promotional materials that support brand and therapy building.

  3. Field Engagement & Market Intelligence:

    • Engage with customers, stockists, and depots through fieldwork to gather competitive insights, identify talent, and strengthen KOL relationships.

  4. Campaign Development & Execution:

    • Validate and approve marketing campaigns, concepts, and initiatives to expand prescriber base and drive secondary sales.

  5. Performance Reviews & Strategic Alignment:

    • Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with divisional goals and strategy implementation across teams.

  6. Team Development & Recognition:

    • Design recognition programs and build team development platforms to motivate, retain talent, and achieve performance goals.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline (preferred: Degree or Diploma in Management)

  • Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong domain expertise in pharma brand management

  • Proven leadership and people management abilities

  • High levels of collaboration, accountability, and agility

  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking

  • Ability to lead empathetically and foster team motivation


Estimated Salary: ₹16–₹25 LPA (based on experience and therapeutic portfolio managed)
