Role Overview

The Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate will support global drug safety operations by assisting in the collection, review, processing, and reporting of adverse event data. The position offers structured exposure to international pharmacovigilance systems, regulatory frameworks, and safety reporting processes.

This is a fully home-based role located in Mexico (CDMX), providing flexibility while working with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, review, and processing of adverse event (AE) reports in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and company SOPs

  • Assist in preparing and submitting safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of safety data within pharmacovigilance databases

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, and medical departments

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance documentation, including SOPs and safety management plans

  • Participate in structured training programs to develop expertise in global drug safety regulations and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related discipline

  • 0–1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, clinical research, or related healthcare field (internship experience considered)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and ICH guidelines is desirable but not mandatory
