Position Overview: Global Talent Management Specialist

The Global Talent Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in the success of various talent management initiatives by coordinating and executing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate essential talent management projects, including employee engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, and employee assessments.
  • Develop and manage multiple project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Document talent management processes and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address their needs and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate team communication by organizing and attending meetings, creating agendas, and distributing meeting notes and action items.
  • Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and communication resources under the guidance of the Manager.
  • Occasionally train employees on new processes or procedures, as needed.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in professional-level English.
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Motivated and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Capable of working effectively in a global team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing multiple medium to high complexity projects simultaneously.
