About the job:
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization established to centralize processes and activities supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO aims to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.
Main responsibilities:
People:
Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders (medical and scientific communities) within the allocated Global Business Unit.
Engage with healthcare professionals and scientific experts to identify and address content needs.
Support junior content creators by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Performance:
Develop, manage, and review complex and specialized scientific content.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality scientific content aligned with publication plans.
Provide strategic support to stakeholders regarding publication and scientific communication goals.
Process:
Develop, review, and maintain scientific content (publications, slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, etc.).
Collaborate with global teams to implement publication plans and activities.
Maintain expertise in the assigned therapeutic area(s) to ensure accurate and impactful content.
Ensure adherence to internal documentation and approval processes, including PromoMats/iEnvision.
Utilize data analysis and feedback to improve content quality and delivery.
Stakeholder:
Collaborate closely with scientific communication teams in different regions to identify publication needs.
Liaise with the medical department to prepare relevant and customized content deliverables.
About you:
Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in scientific content management, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Soft skills:
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Technical skills:
Expertise in publication content development, project management, and therapeutic area knowledge.
Familiarity with PromoMats/iEnvision or similar content management platforms.
Education:
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, a related discipline, or a medical degree.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
