Global Scheduler - Hybrid

Position Overview:

Labcorp, a world-leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a Global Scheduler to join its pre-clinical Global Solutions team. This role offers hybrid working and requires strong organizational and critical thinking skills to manage global scheduling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide workload support in a resource planning function across multiple global service lines.
  • Interpret study designs to determine scheduling requirements and review design changes.
  • Maintain intermediate-level knowledge of scheduling systems.
  • Support harmonization across global sites for scheduling practices.
  • Update and manage proposal and scheduling data in management databases.
  • Assist in capacity reporting, monitoring utilization, and guiding leadership.
  • Provide insights on departmental workloads, processes, and operations to internal teams.
  • Follow training manuals for resource management functions.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or equivalent industry experience.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Knowledge of pre-clinical/Early Development is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different time zones.
    • Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
