Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in Navi Mumbai. Our CRAs come from diverse backgrounds, including nurses, dieticians, pharmacy technicians, biotech engineers, and more. This role provides dynamic responsibilities, significant travel opportunities, and the chance to make an impact on global health through pharmaceutical and medical device development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites.

  • Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and their teams.

  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and facilities.

  • Ensure medical record and research source documentation are accurate and complete.

  • Monitor adverse events, serious adverse events, and concomitant medications.

  • Review regulatory documents and ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs.

  • Assess patient recruitment and retention, and offer improvement suggestions.

  • Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters, summarizing findings and recommended actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of CRA experience.

  • Willing to travel approximately 60-80% nationally.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft® Office.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills are a plus.
