Job Title: Enterprise Summer Internship – Graduate Students
Location: Remote (U.S.) – First week onsite at Princeton, NJ, USA
Internship Duration: 12 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026)
Experience Required: Open to current graduate students; prior internship or project experience in healthcare, consulting, or digital analytics is a plus

Internship Overview:
The Enterprise Summer Internship is a full-time, 12-week program designed for graduate students to gain practical exposure in business, medical, and digital operations within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Interns will be integrated into live projects, gaining insight into account management, business analysis, content production, and digital strategy.

This internship emphasizes:

  • Real-world client engagement and project delivery experience

  • Exposure to enterprise digital and medical operations

  • Mentorship from industry professionals

  • Development of consulting, analytics, and project management skills

Areas of Internship Assignment:

  • Generative AI Applications in Healthcare

  • Omnichannel Planning, Strategy & Account Management

  • Data & Analytics for Life Sciences

  • Medical Customer Success & Medical Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Enterprise Commercial or Medical teams in delivering client projects

  • Participate in cross-functional teams, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives

  • Assist in digital campaigns, content operations, data analysis, and program management

  • Maintain internal communications, project documentation, and training materials

  • Develop written and oral communication skills through literature summaries, presentations, and stakeholder interactions

  • Prepare and deliver one structured presentation aligned with internship activities under mentor guidance

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the interaction between business delivery teams and cross-functional departments in pharmaceutical organizations

  • Gain experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and medical content management

  • Strengthen analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a professional setting

  • Learn enterprise program management, client delivery frameworks, and consulting methodologies

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled in a U.S.-accredited graduate program and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0

  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) for the internship duration

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Self-starter with teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability

  • Prior experience in internships, project work, or research is advantageous
