Role Overview:
Veeva is seeking Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance experts to join our Professional Services team and support the implementation of our Vault Safety solution. As a Consultant – Safety, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver Vault Safety, define business processes, drive customer success, and provide subject matter expertise throughout the implementation process.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in drug safety and pharmacovigilance, collaborating with customers to improve processes and deliver high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support life sciences customers in configuring and implementing Vault Safety.
  • Lead workshops, customer discussions, gap analyses, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes for customers and internal teams.
  • Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of Vault Safety.
  • Support data migration and systems integration efforts, leveraging your expertise in drug safety systems such as Aris, Argus, or other safety applications.
  • Represent Safety Professional Services across multiple customer engagements, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain, with consulting experience.
  • Expertise in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.
  • Experience implementing safety systems like Aris, Argus, Emperica, or other related systems.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to design, configure, and deliver Vault Safety solutions.
  • Experience with life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% of project time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Nice to Have:

  • Proven experience in high-impact global system implementation programs.
  • Direct experience with Argus or other drug safety applications.
  • Life sciences, computer science, or related degree.
  • SaaS/Cloud experience and familiarity with service delivery management.
  • Location near major life sciences customer hubs such as Bangalore or Hyderabad is a plus.
