Responsibilities

Data Changes (50%)

  • Request Management: Author data change requests based on client requirements.
  • Implementation Coordination: Oversee the implementation of data changes and ensure their closure.

Maintenance Tasks (30%)

  • Ticket Resolution: Address and resolve tickets as necessary.
  • Issue Investigation: Investigate issues and manage resolutions or escalate them to relevant teams (e.g., GTs, Ops tickets).
  • SQR Support: Provide support for SQR Data Setup.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct interim and study end analyses from Data Management.

Documentation (15%)

  • User Guides: Draft study-specific user guides, Standard User Specifications Reports (SUSR), and High-Level Design Specifications (HDSG), finalizing them based on project manager feedback.
  • Communication Preparation: Create presentation slides and update communication materials as needed.

Closeout Tasks (5%)

  • Study Closeout Checks: Perform checks necessary for study closeout.
  • Report Management: Download reports and store them in SharePoint.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Additional Duties: Undertake other related tasks as required by business needs.
