Role Overview

The Data Analyst I position is suited for experienced analytics professionals with strong expertise in enterprise data environments, AI modeling, and business intelligence reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance using statistical techniques.

  • Track KPIs and critical business metrics, delivering regular analytical reports to leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.

  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.

  • Support audits and regulatory checks by preparing accurate documentation and analytical reports.

  • Apply automation, machine learning, and AI-driven methodologies to enhance analytical performance.

  • Maintain structured documentation of processes and methodologies for reproducibility and governance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related quantitative discipline.

  • 6–10 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Handling, AI Modeling, or Business Intelligence.

  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Python programming.

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and enterprise data modeling frameworks.

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets in regulated industries.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of ETL architecture and database optimization.

  • Experience within healthcare or medtech analytics ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with AI automation frameworks and advanced analytics tools.
