Job Description: Consultant

Navitas Life Sciences is seeking a Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in delivering consultancy projects, managing workstreams, nurturing client relationships, and supporting business development activities.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Ownership & Delivery:

  • Deliverable Management: Take responsibility for project deliverables, serving as the primary contact for clients at the functional or team level to provide professional and effective solutions.
  • Project Planning: Understand client needs and contribute to the development and management of project plans.
  • Solution Development: Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of project recommendations, creating robust client solutions.
  • Documentation: Manage project documentation, including the preparation and filing of documents such as VPOs and status reports.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis, including document and data collection, and interpretation.
  • Client Workshops: Support client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews as required.

Relationship Building:

  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external colleagues, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and business context.
  • Liaison: Perform effective liaison between internal teams and external client team members.
  • Business Development: Identify potential business development opportunities and refer them to the project lead or account owner.

Organizational Support:

  • Team Participation: Actively participate in company meetings and support Navitas Life Sciences' values and practices.
  • Collateral Development: Contribute to the development of project collateral, such as case studies, points of view (PoV), and tools.
  • Professionalism & Development: Demonstrate professionalism and a proactive approach, taking responsibility for tasks and personal development within Navitas Life Sciences.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a Life Sciences industry or consulting role.
  • Preferred Expertise: Experience in one of the following areas:
    • Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance
    • Clinical Development Processes
    • Labeling and Regulatory Affairs
    • Risk Management, Quality, and Compliance
  • Consulting Skills: Basic consulting skills, including analytical thinking, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Client Interaction: Ability to understand and articulate client needs with confidence in presenting and leading meetings.
  • Project Management: Developing skills in project management and client relationship management.
  • Personal Attributes: Confidence, professionalism, self-starter, resilience, and social awareness.
