Position Overview

The Clinical Trial Psych Rater – Gujarati Speaking will support global clinical research programs by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of psychiatric and CNS-related assessments. This remote, part-time role is ideal for experienced clinical professionals seeking flexible work while contributing to high-quality, international clinical trials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in rater orientation, training, and calibration sessions as required by study protocols.

  • Review subject-level clinical data and prepare all necessary documentation for rater discussions.

  • Conduct scheduled rater interactions and provide expert feedback on scoring techniques and assessment methodologies.

  • Evaluate assessment quality to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.

  • Complete assigned tasks and submit documentation accurately and within defined timelines.

  • Support effective communication across clinical research and study teams.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent discipline is required.

  • MD, DO, or PhD qualifications are preferred.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured clinical interviews, including EQ-5D-5L (Interviewer-administered and Proxy-1 versions) and smRS.

  • 3+ years of clinical experience working with psychiatric patient populations.

  • 3+ years of experience administering assessment scales within clinical research trials (excluding academic or doctoral training).

  • Prior experience in CNS or psychiatric clinical trials is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Native-level proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory.
