Clinical Trial Manager – Phase 1 Research (Pune)
Job Summary
Syneos Health is seeking a highly organized and skilled Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Phase 1 clinical trials in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of clinical trial management experience, proficient in GCP guidelines, regulatory compliance, and clinical research operations. You will be the operational lead collaborating across research stakeholders, ensuring trial milestones are achieved with precision and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and coordination of Phase 1 clinical trials.
Implement clinical research protocols while ensuring compliance with global GCP and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with principal investigators, site staff, client teams, and internal departments.
Manage study timelines, logistics, and resources including budget and scheduling.
Track progress and maintain real-time updates on project milestones and deliverables.
Resolve trial-related issues proactively to ensure continuity and integrity.
Prepare study documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Ensure thorough documentation and archiving of trial-related activities for audits and inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations, ICH-GCP, and ethical guidelines.
Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred.
Proficient in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to dynamic trial requirements.
